It is time to look ahead a week to imagine Buffalo's Thanksgiving under six feet of snow.  There is only one holiday a year where Canadians can be smug, so it is time to experience this fully.     While there were towns on the Canadian side that had lots of snow this weekend, there's a sturdiness that has been built up over time.   And what might we expect for Canadian sports with that kind of accumulation?
