I was reading the front page of the weekend New York Times yesterday and came across the phrase "liberal Satanist". This is the "group" that was held responsible for a pizza restaurant pedophile ring. Those who believed this were/are right-wing conspiracy followers. The identify of Q of QAnon was the topic of the article.
It was Ted Cruz in 2013, according to ABC News that said liberals have an "affinity for Satan."
As late as October 2020, there's a Vanity Fair headline on his NBC interview:

The expression "liberal Satanist" seems to be oxymoron. Like these expressions:
