Is wasting time accidental? Are we more likely to do things that are useful and contributing? Here's a person who says momento-gathering is a waste of time - collecting and organizing mementos. Photo taking, organizing, uploading and posting - well that goes with Facebook and other social media. How about personal grooming - "if you spend more than 5 minutes on your hair, you might think about how to reduce that time". How about cleaning house - "before you buy a big house, consider the time it will take to clean it!" Included in time wasters was more than 20 - 30 minutes of intense exercise.
